This is the part that goes through the tank. At a mile a second or so. It sucks to be in the tank when this happens. It sucks worse when it comes out the other side, since it tends to vacume the crew out with it.

SABOT round. the uranium depleated ones I believe. Underdark has the effects basicly perfect.

HVAPFSDSDU round. That string of alphabet soup stands for High Velocity Armor Piercing Fin Stabalized Discarding Sabot Depleated Uranium. I've been out of the USMC since Gulf War, act 1, so the nomenclature may have changed. Used to come in 25mm, 75mm, 105mm, and I think 120mm. What does the M1 Abrams fire? We still had M60 when I left.
