Man, I drive past Lexington practically everyday, didn't realize this was a bridge. The only time I've been down though I just walked on the pipe.

that's the SJ Water Works pipe and it's long...you could be walking on parts of it upstream while other parts of it (and this bridge) further downstream are well below water. The water level has to be 5% or lower for you to be able to get to this bridge and it's not visible from 17 (to low of an angle)
