  As usual, nostra's right. The profile of the walls matches the tunnel, and the slot windows are a dead giveaway too.

But why are the tracks not cleared? I guess they followed a different path during the construction of the interchange?

  this rail line was only built after the interchange. CN ran its trains right through the yards at that time

  rusted rebars, not even in concrete... no wonder why it keep rusting and cracking the concrete.
