I usually refer to that particular type of visor as the welding mask.

No, maybe the ones used it Korea are different from here, but the ones I'm used to sheild half the wearer's head.

I've always called it the ajumma visor. (ajumma = old woman)

Oh "ajumma visor" is my favourite general term, but for this particular specimen, I use the more specific "welding mask" moniker. ;)
