When I walked by there was some sort of black box that looked like a device that was spitting out flames, as well as this, which seems to be a plastic bag stuffed with trash. To be honest I was preoccupied with watching the guy's hands to make sure he didn't pull a knife. The fire was never a threat to anyone or anything; I think he was sending a message to the developers. The other workers on site at the time were dressed pretty well the same as them. And the fire wasn't big enough yet. It would suck if someone still lived there, but within a few weeks that arch will be rubble.
