  Some balls are held for charity and some for fancy dress, but when they're held for pleasure they're the balls I like the best.

  Those are bathyspheres, sort of like an unpowered submarine-type vessel, lowered deep into the sea on the end of a cable, people use them for deep-sea research and things like that...... the spherical shape keeps them from crushing under the enormous pressure........
