  i think it might of had something to doo with radio communacations, because about 50ft away there big cable tiedown spots in cement blocks, and the both look like from the same time. Also this area is littered with lots of new tele towers.

  I was on Wikimapia.org and found out that it was a radio house, it had an antenna just outside of it.

  Yeah, we were in the wrong spot. If you go all the way up to the top of Main Ave, then continue down towards the tunnel under the highway, you'll see it up on the right on top of the hill. Construction crews aren't allowed to knock down any buildings without either a permit or owner's permission.

  Ah, okay. I went up yesterday but the crews were there so I couldn't get through.. I may go up again tomorrow morning, early. How's the ground? are there sinkholes I should worry about?

  No, it's sitting on a shelf of bedrock. I was up there when the workers were there. Just stay on the safe side of the orange fencing.
