i love the word cock pit, sounds dirty, now those do not touch tags seem redundant on a dismembered plane. sorta like where i worked the engine test cell was decomissioned 10 years ago but metrology still calibrated it every 6 months

A hushkit is a retrofit to make older jet engines quieter. I guess the sticker reminded the pilot to keep the noise level down in populated areas?
