  What? A New Yorker questioning my Mexican food knowledge? Go to Hatch, the chile capital of New Mexico, and ask how its spelled. Or to Mexico for that matter. Only Texans spell chile with an i.

  Nah, you can still buy that garbage in Big Lots. And that is hardly mexican food; My Chili blows that shit away (Ghosts of tahawus 12 pepper). I choked down some Dinty Moore last night, it was like eating dog food.

  as a fan of canned dog food (try it fried- chalk it up to heavy drug use in the past), hormel chili does taste like dog food.

  I've had Memphis chili once. Man did that ever burn coming out!

Great stuff too. Put the Texas chili my neighbour made to shame.
