I think that polyurethane is very inflamable and if you have a building insulated with it, here in Canada, you have to remove this stuff. If I am correct, building an house with it is a pretty dumb idea.

Its not so much for fire but health. Polyurethane has large amounts of urea-formaldehyde.

That's styrene and burns just as good.
