This was a part of an attraction called "Baja Reef" where you could change into swim clothes and swim through a man made reef.

Welcome to the Baja Reef! This is the world's first and only swim-through aquarium and it's a lot of fun if you follow a few simple rules. It's 500 feet long and 12 feet deep and you can spend as long as you like as long as you don't backtrack. The fish are there to look at but don't touch. There are sharks but they are all harmless unless you touch them. That's when I become dangerous. To use the snorkel just put your lips around the mouthpiece and blow. It will only fill up with water if you don't keep your lips tight. Your wetsuit will keep you floating and if you try to dive, it will only fill up your snorkel. There are lifeguards posted on all the bridges and when you get to the end, you're done. ANY QUESTIONS?
