  I envy you of your visit. This is a glorious testament to ancient Egyptian art and architecture. Hatshepsut was a very interesting Pharoah. She insisted that she be afforded all of the prestige of a male monarch and to be depicted as a man, beard and all. She was a remarkable and ruthless person.

  Yes, I would give anything to go back again and document it all better. I wasn't really a good photographer at the time.
