  Hole? it's just gelly(??) on asphalt. If you develop skin rash, nausea, etc, seek out medical attention immediatly!

  maybe, but I suppose that oil, even containing PCB will still look like oil. I wonder if it is still all there after the snow melting.

  In the Booth Street Board Mill in Ottawa, there is a whole pit filled with this purple gunk. I haven't gone wading in it yet.
