All the most dangerous dirt are not visible, they are hidden in the soil, water and air. PCB, Nickel, Lead, Cadmium, oil, etc, etc. still we will feel the effect of our exploration in 50 years... :)

i bet some companies secretly dumped waste there also to avoid paying for it to get hauled away... wouldn't shock me.

Condos are not beeing built. The place has been judged " excessively contaminated for residential use"

Open spaces and abandoned lot are THE place to dump whatever your truck is full of... snow, dirt, contaminated soil, construction rubbles.

There was an old guy whose house had this plant in his back yard. Guy actually had a vegetable garden too. Weird.

Nostra, What about the Bio vegetable farm where we used to make truck oil changes, don't worry it wasn't synthetic oil anyway so it's still Bio.

its not as bad as the vegetable garden we are growing in the mercier lagoons, strangely the veggies do well out there!

jenkins was a cool place... i've been chased out of there a few times just because police seemed to do routine runs through there. I remember I was up on that I-beam crane (up the big ass ladder) and i saw cops come in at the opposite end... i managed to make it down the ladder and bolt it out and still get away!
