  you got the make right, but not the series. The P-47D was the bubble canopy version of the Jug.
these are "B" or "C" models... judging by the cowls, I'd say "C".

  OHHHHHH, no sir. early D's were razorbacks. This illustration depicts 2 P47s of the 62nd Fighter Squadron of the 56th Fighter Group 8th AF. Penrod and Sam was Robert Johnson's mount. It was a P47D-21.
What else ya got? lol
