  The hostile in Ottawa, the former jail there, the cells were no wider than the gate that sealed them. It was almost difficult to turn around in them.

  i stayed at that hostel in may.. cells were 3'x9' and the inmates had a 6' cot to sleep in... so their little 3'x3' square was all they had to stand in, piss in, etc etc...

  They cut out the locks to make sure nobody can accidentally lock themselves in a cell. Same idea as taking the door off an old fridge. You have to protect the idiots of world.
