those are usually used for bigger stuff, like 440volt bus lines.

That looks totally backwards. If the line is on the bottom the knife switch is backwards. If its on the top its backwards and very dangerous because those fuses will still be live after you open the switch. As an electrician I have seen this twice in the states on much more modern equipment 100 & 400 amps at the service disconnect. Both had to be reworked to get rid of the danger. Fuse switch sequence is never good. & bassackwards.
