Because the poor guy had those albums published, bought all the copies, some of which still remain sealed in cellophane in the house.
Now he tries to sell his albums on eBay for $20.00 each, without much luck.

it really does look like a beautiful home...too bad it would be too expensive to buy, a home like that shouldn't be left to rot...

Very cool, besides being a bit run down now it's in about the same state my parents' house was when we got it, all circa 1970s. Years of renovations made a huge difference, I'd bet that place would be intense if someone had the cash to drop into it to renovate it properly. Mold is the only worrying thing there, really.
