What do we do about this?... It's unconcievable to leave that water spillage like this but how do you explain that ? Once in a abandoned house it was easy to explain the broken pipe 'cause you could hear it close to the basement window that(how convenient) my dog went near ...but there....What do you think ?

  Nov 9th 05,water spilling are all repaired (at least in the steam tunnel) Feb 13 06,mercury rectifiers are shut down so is the heating in every building,and now,May 7,seems that ALL the lights are shut down...Fini le gaspillage !
(Meaning...cameras...out of order ?..)
