  Wow! I bet they spent days waxing the floor and preparing for this shot. On the other hand, it might've allways been in this condition.

  Nah, someone turning up with a camera would have been a BIG deal - and max. prep would have went into everything.

  Yes, it would mean big prep time. But I think they also allways kept the floor in a condition like this.

Note the reflection of the piano: you do see the pedals but not the legs...

  I see the legs, but not as much, due to the pedals and pedal supports are made from brass and polished to hell.
