  Pity, I dont like I-pods! I really don't have an excuse for this one, but it is a very expensive camera, so I take it off the tripod every time we do somthing (eg climbing a ladder, getting up to that high room ect)

  Your S5000 will stand up to quiet a lot Corvid, don't worry. I take mine underground on a regular basis, have dropped it four times and just about dunked it in water... and it's going strong.
