That's funny, Simian and I drove by that the other day and I told him that it seemed pretty well locked up. Congrats.

Thanks -it was pretty dang tight when I went back in January so it's good to hear not much has changed.

I live a few blocks from this place. It has not held up well as an abandoned building, despite boards / bars / chicken wire & fences. Most of the windows are now broken, and it looks as though it's starting to be graffiti'd. Though it appears that the alarm is still active.

I should add that I wish someone would buy it and restore it. It's a really cool property in a really prime location. I can only assume the owner wants too much.
