Took a quick stroll through these tunnels with my youngest son trying to find out if they connected to the city mainline system but could not find a connection in the hour I poked around. At the NE end of the tunnels are two 4' connector pipes into the neighborhood drains, but we didn't venture that far in (I hate stooping for long periods). Note: 2012-06-06 - Added more photos to show more of the main tunnel. The photos focus on the mainline stretch which is about 150 yards long with two major turns inside. This area with it's long straight tunnels and 45 degree turns is great for light painting if you have patience to setup.
