The complex has eight buildings and it is hard to tell which ones are actually to be demolished, but from the outside I could see at least three buildings with a handful of tell-tale signs of abandonment. The front doors to the buildings have keypad locks and there are security guards who walk around the premises, as well as (mostly empty) doorman boxes in front of the entrances. The handful of residents who remain are those who disagree with their being displaced and are fighting it out as long as they can. We managed to get into one of the buildings but didn't have much time to poke around. Inside we found a few doors which were previously forced open. On all but maybe three of the couple dozen front doors were the "condemned/empty" graffiti. Something to keep an eye on.
