I found a few other buildings on the property. They look to be just some shops that were used for the sawmill ran by John Pearce. The property seems as if it's now owned by someone like the TRCA.(Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.) or as stated by Google Maps: "Friends of the Rouge Watershed", which is probably associated with the TRCA. As I noticed on the property and in the buildings were tools for planting trees as well as some small trees out on the property.
