Saw the infall from my landspeeder on the way to the Check-r-mix, had to document the entrance for posterity, and plan a return trip!
Update!
7-04-05
Solo'ed the first 2-300 yds of both sides of the hall, and lost my hat into the swiftly flowing water. Have to admit I pussed out with no hat in the teeming arachnid population, cutting my trip to about an hour. Have to figure out what kind of spiders they were to ease my slight phobia (had already dropped my spidey-stick while taking a pic when I lost my hat and bugged out)
Update Again! 8/14/05
Solo'd the whole length, the outfall dumps into the river from a twin hall that's about 15 odd feet tall and 10 or so wide on each hall. The whole tunnel makes a long gentle curve to the left, and there is a slide right before the final length of the tunnel. Pretty long! All in all a 45ish minute slog through running water. This place begs for a better photographer than I, though.
