There are around eight separate buildings that make up this campus. On two visits four of the buildings have not been accessible. The gym, what I assume is a cafeteria, and an assembly hall, the fourth building I have no guess as to what it is. The "cafeteria" building is leased by a local company and is sealed up pretty tightly. I continue to revisit checking for entrance to the other buildings.
There are approximately 12 classrooms that are accessible, along with the library and offices. All accessible areas have been heavily vandalized.
One section was burned and demolished in 2014. Newspaper article below.
Last time I visited a local LEO drove by a couple of times, one time totally watching me come out of a POE. Though we just waved at each other and he drove off. With all the vandalism I think that they do patrol, and the neighbors might call you in if they see you. There is also a small park across the street that had some people when I was there last.
