More recently the space has been used by multiple entities. Different parts of the building seem to have been abandoned at different times. Due to the layout, it was possible for multiple companies to use the building at the same time. On September 2, 2009, a fire broke out in the eastern wing of the building and did significant damage to the interior. A second fire was started in January 2018 that damaged the second floor. Demolished in 2021-2022.  Media Coverage  Future Plans Unknown at this point. Sometimes vehicles are parked on the property but it seems to be overflow from the body shop across the street. Not much seems to be going on with the actual building. 1/21/18 - Someone has started paying more attention to the building over the past few months. All access points were sealed, locked, or boarded up. These same access points keep getting broken open and then they are once again sealed a few days later. A second fire broke out in January 2018 and further damaged the building.
