L-shape home with full competed basement. A beautiful living room looking out over the valley. Horrible wallpaper. This home probably could have been renovated but the area just below the house is now an abandoned 12 theatre multiplex and a Walmart parking lot, which detracts from the once beautiful view. The entire surrounding area is zoned commercial and is being developed, traffic is increasing and the slope of the driveway onto Rt. 5 is stupid dangerous.

A really nice home with a commanding view of the Ct. River Valley. The owners grew old and the house fell into disrepair. Over time it became abandoned and remained empty for about 10 years. I got here a little late and discovered that the contents were in the process of being smashed into a dumpster and the walls mostly gutted.
