Seems to be an old office / shop / storage building. On the back there are also 4 garage bays, all empty. The rest of the property is rather empty. Inside is a big open shop area and a 2 story office building. Most of the interior is gone, but the show has a small conveyor belt lift inside. Roof access is easily possible, but due to nearby buildings not that recommended. Inside the office building it looked like someone was drying his socks, so I guess the place has frequent visitors.
