La compagnie de distribution Ecoroute semble avoir occupé un étage dans le passé. Le bâtiment semble être en attente pour une conversion en condos. Chaque étage est différent: un étage comporte des ateliers de création d'art, du matériel de gym, des condos modèles à moitié bâtis, un autre étage semble avoir été squatté vu la quantité de matelas dans diverses pièces, on y retrouve aussi un ancien "studio d'enregistrement", ainsi qu'une "porn-room" où l'on retrouve tout ce qu'il faut pour exerciser ses poignets (papier de toilette à l'appui). Il y a plein de matériaux de toutes sortes, et l'endroit semble semi-actif car nous entendions des voix (probablement des travailleurs) durant notre visite, et il y a encore de l'électricité à certains endroits.
