A small (20-unit) single-floor motel surrounded by open fields. Site includes office area and living space in front, and a repair garage in the rear. Despite being on a highway, the site has reasonable seclusion due to a lack of neighbours.

Individual hotel rooms have been gutted, but the office and living space at the front of the building is still stocked full of items. A condo-style apartment at the rear of the building is still furnished. A detached workshop/garage at the back of the property is full of typical hotel fare (paintings, phones, desks, smoke detectors, etc).
Note that key racks can be seen in various places in these photos. Not a single locked door was opened during this visit: therefore there should be plenty to still discover here for anyone wishing to put the keys to use.
The Dollhouse Gentleman's Club and Hotel is just one minute up the street. Do them both for a tandem motel explore.
