The entire complex is just shy of twenty acres, with three multi-story buildings, a brick culvert that passes under the rail bed and some interesting ruins on the other side of the tracks. All of the buildings are accessible.
It is now mixed commercial space. Tenants include a brewery with tap room, an engineering firm and a recording studio.

All of the buildings were accessible when I was there back in April of 2009. There's a mummified cat on the floor of a stock room in the basement of one of the buildings. Overall neat place.

Not positive about the history of this place. According to a UGA professor, it once served as an armory.
