A small house, right next to a a small river and a busy street, it was a former residential house for the Stroh liquor factory. There is no basement, the first floor is intact, but the 2nd floor already shows signs of rain damage, the attic with the roof is partly collapsed and not accessible anymore. The door is located at the backside of the building (seen from the road), so you could get in without someone seeing you. There are some trees and dirt hills as cover too. There are around 5 to 6 rooms, located around a central staircase.
