Although this mine is newer than that, it will not be demolished and will eventually be covered by the cultural heritage law. While safe from demolition, the buildings will eventually collapse on their own or be bought down by an avalanche. It seems that someone (probably ISS) is fixing up the building - between my two visits doors were closed and walls fixed.
