It's beautiful country with lots of cactus and old trees. The structure itself is falling apart, but is still in decent shape for being so old. It was quite a large building, so it must have been part of a bigger town. It's two stories, so it's definitely not just an old farm house. I believe it to be remnants of the long-gone town of Field Creek. It is not very far from an old cemetery called "Cold Creek Cemetery". Although, I can't find any details on the cemetery or where it belonged to. Again, I believe the only nearby town would have been the town of Field Creek.
