This was a popular hotel/night spot in the 50's owned by former actress, Connie Costa Schaefer . It caught on fire in 1975 and gutted the five floor section of the hotel. The bar/club area remained opened until the whole place closed in the early 80's. Has been abandoned since.

onnie Costa Schaefer. owner of the property died in 2007. She refused to have it demolished. Before her death, she agreed to settle and sell the building to the township but died before she could sell it. Property is now up for sale.

This building has been renovated by a construction company for use of their headquarters. Has been renovated to original design...
