 Overview
 Description
This is WAY out in the middle of nowhere. we made it there in about 4-5 hours of ATVing. Located on old logging/fire roads. May be crown owned or owned by one of the major forestry industries.

Two pilots died in the crash. Most of the wreckage was left behind. The engines were taken for post crash inspection. There are remains of landing gear, fuselage, cockpit windows, and the props are still present.

     History
This area used to be part of the forestry industry. Back in the 40s there wouldn't be much more than roads and stumps where the plane crashed. All the information I have about the plane, the pilots, and the crash itself can be seen on the plaque in the main photo.

Keep in mind two men died here. If you go to this site. Be very respectful, and take a moment to honor these men. They may not have given there lives over seas fighting the axis. But their training here in Canada would have led them their, and is just as important. These men were two heros who never got the chance to be. Please take a moment of silence when visiting to pay respect to all those who gave their lives in military service so we could be free.
