The 70s apartments are quickly disappearing but while they still stand they offer a rare and unique feeling of an older "modern" city. This apartment complex once consisted of four buildings but is now down to two; one a minty green, one a well-aged white. From what I can tell, the remaining two should also be torn down at some point to make way for a park for this rapidly developing area. The minty one is all but completely abandoned while the white one is all but completely lived in. Both are in a very decaying state and have received "E" ratings from the city's safety inspectors; the lowest possible rating.
