There are some old furnaces in one of the front buildings and a cool spiral staircase. Otherwise it's not all that interesting.

The site had been used for various industrial operations starting in 1827 with a grist mill. In 1917, the original mill was replaced by a furniture factory, and the site began use in 1930 for the production of heels for women's shoes. Erving Paper took over in 1957, making paper as the Usher Division.
Since 1990, the complex, consisting of five buildings, has been eyed for redevelopment, including by the Franklin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority as a site for public housing. That idea was dropped from consideration a few years ago.
Back on July 30th 2007 the front building burnt and collapsed. The rest of the buildings have severe decay. There are many unstable floors and ceilings.
