A medium sized coal power plant located at the end of the HIA runway. The plant was wide open for many years which lead to wide spread vandalism and scavenging. After the 911 attacks, fences went up, openings were cemented, and security and surveillance were majorly increased.
Coolest parts were the main turbine hall , especially durring abatement, and the fact that you could watch massive planes take off and land right over your head from the "camera safe" spot of the roof.
The basement was normally flooded, but when work was being done on occasion, they would pump it dry.
There were two main catwalk sections. One section housed the "old" unsafe (but fun) 3 story boilers, and the other side seemed to be newer and went up the many flights to the rooftop.
The water used for cooling was diverted from the susquehanna river.
