There is a sign on the fence stating "state trust land". This basically means that if you have a hunting permit or an actual permit to enter any state trust property (only a few dollars) you are legal to enter the grounds. Within the last 5 months there has been more and more activity here. Paintballers and graffiti taggers seems to come here quit regularly. Someone comes by every few weeks to patch up holes in the fence. And there is always something moved or added to the parking lot (whether its a new Semi truck parked, or more junk left there). I expect since the fire recently broke out here that this place might be torn down soon since it's an eyesore.

There are some concreted rooms which are bomb bunkers for building explosive materials. Both of these buildings have had a lot of kids come in and make it a mess.

Since 1960 (unknown how old building is), Talley Defense Systems has been a pioneer in developing aircrew escape systems, automobile airbag components, submunition dispensing systems, shoulder-launched weapons, and other key propellant-loaded devices. In 2007 Talley changed its name to Nammo Talley. At this site you can see the concreted rooms where explosives were either packed or tested. Each of the rooms were bomb shelters built to keep any explosion contained within it and not disturb neighboring structures. There is also a small school in the same parking lot that is abandoned. Next to the school is a warehouse which was just burned down in February 2009.
