    I read that people that used to work in the building reported that when it was very windy the building would sway. One guy said he watched his pencil roll back and forth and then looked at his coat hanging up and it to was swaying.

     History
    The building was designed by MacKie & Kamrath and was built in 1962. Still to this day it is the tallest building in Pasadena. Once was called "The Grand Lady of Pasadena". Was first used as the 1st Pasadena State Bank. Later was used as a Bank One and for numerous other businesses including law offices, insurance companies and a family counselling center.
