Bridge underneath a bridge. Very hard to explain unless you actually see it. Once inside this bridge within a bridge, you will see a very weird walkway that seems to be used for electrical access across the bridge.

Once climbing into the bridge underpass there is an absolute stunning view of Los Angeles and the railyard below. It seems to be very popular with graffiti artists since the whole area is covered in graffiti and the floor is covered with clothing from homeless people that has accumulated for decades.
When talking with a graffiti artist, it was referred to as "Heaven" among the local graffiti crews, probably due to it being so high off the ground.

7th Street Bridge crosses from the Boyle Heights side of Los Angeles into the Downtown Area and spans a railyard and the Los Angeles River.
The bridge itself is just a standard bridge. Underneath the bridge there is a very bizarre architecture or "bridge beneath a bridge" that is accessible via a tiny entrance that is 20 feet off the ground underneath the bridge.
This area appears to be used for maintenance of electrical lines across the Los Angeles River but seems to be used by homeless vagrants in the area as a temporary shelter.
I don't know much else about this weird bridge other than it's cool as hell.
