There is one two level building and one very large building with roof access and a front electrical area. My guess would be that they belonged to Cam State Mental hospital and were used to pump water to the hospital or run electricity. The hospital has since been shut down and turned into CSUCI. These structures are about .5 miles away from the entrance gate to the school. A little hike off University Dr. where the yellow poles are.
