I'm mostly just posting this in the DB as a warning. The Mukilteo police PD is very close by and they have nothing better to do than come out and bust your ass. This is near the Whidbey ferry, so there are always people around, and the residents of the houses on the hill overlooking the depot will call the cops in a second if nobody on the street does. There's nothing in here interesting enough to warrant the heat.
