     History
As best I can tell this was a doctors office or clinic type professional building. It sits surrounded by various other clinics and treatment facilities including a MRI lab. At the time of this DB entry the property was owned by one George S Bayoud.

In 1986 Mr. Bayoud worked with campaign manager and George W Bush confidant Karl Rove to get Bill Clements elected Governor of Texas. He was appointed Chief of Staff and later Secretary of State by Clements. See the web link below for more detailed information about this wealthy political insider and power broker that owns this dilapidated property.

It appears to be of late 50s early 60s type architecture and was probably a nice little professional building at one time.

Its a minor abandonment at best and not real exciting. I did only minor research on it but still found all this political information about the owner.

Sadly as so often happens in abandonments I found childrens items here. Articles of clothing, a little backpack etc. in the building. Someone pushes a new shopping cart here every month or so and parks it out front.

Mr. Bayoud now owns a bank and a real estate company.

UPDATE: drove by this location recently and noticed it has been burned up. I was afraid of that when I saw the place had an active squatter habitation

    UPDATE: DEMOLISHED
