 Overview
 Description
A 24000 sq ft masonry and erected steel building with a 3800 sq ft office on a concrete slab and 15 acres of land zoned industrial. There are abandoned vehicles and some other miscellaneous equipment scattered about the property.

I don't believe in ghosts but I know many people that do. I was talking to two ladies at a restaurant one day that claimed they do and they told me this place was haunted. They claimed to be genuine paranormal investigators so why would I even question their advice?

Well, I went but I didn't find any ghosts, just some of those annoying little orbs that some people think are dust particles caught in your camera's flash!!! But it turned out to be a fun exploration just the same with a fun story and funny graffiti so now this location is hereby described as: The Fun Factory

     History
I have no idea what it was originally and came up with the same online. The building appears to be an old factory and warehouse of some kind. Its been hidden from the general public behind trees and brushy overgrowth for a very long time. Only the roof top gave away its presence. It was surrounded by a high security fence which was also overgrown with vegetation adding a second layer of concealment.

Someone had just mowed the grass though and there is a relatively new lock and chain on the gate. There is also evidence that someone has set up a go-kart track inside as there are cones and skid marks all over the floor. This location is currently owned by a rental property company.

UPDATE Aug 2005: squatter activity! active vagrant habitation on site be advised there appears to be a semi permanent resident living here now.

UPDATE Jun 2006: saw 3 trucks carrying several track racing ATVs onto the property which would account for the track layout and tire skid marks inside.

UPDATE Sep 2007: renovation and or demolition in progress, workers on site the front office area (where squatter lived) has been knocked down.

UPDATE Apr 2008: too late slackers its all gone now.
