A road leading to the back of the house shows a stone wall of fossilized brick and behind it a staircase that leads to the backyard. An open walkthrough hallway from the front door to the backyard. The kitchen has a wrap around booth. The basement or first floor, is fairly large with a wine cellar and the alleged freezer. burn piles from vandals and bums. Nice tile work in the master bathroom. The guest bathroom has a unique bathtub that is about four sqaure feet in actual size. the lot that the house was built on is a very nice lot about one and a half acres.

I believe it was built in the early thirties from the layout of the whole house. There is a local legend about the house that really caught my attention, (after sitting in the alleged freezer). The local claims state that a man, a butcher by trade lived there with his wife and kids... life was good for a while, and then something caused him to go insane. He came home and killed the family and stuck em in the freezer there... he got away with it for a while, claiming the rest of the family was out of town or sick or whatever he could think of... time passed and finally someone decided to check on the house one day when he was at work, found the bodies, and called the cops. they arrested him and apperently executed him. The rest of the house has been trashed by vandals, bums and construction workers. Supposedly they are restoring the house to sell or make a museum or an office. if anyone out there has any further information on this house please feel free to contribute. The house is in fairly good shape besides all the broken windows, rust, grafitti, and broken toilets.
