A short drain, but full of odd little features. The drain begins as a 15x15ft box culvert and ends in wedge shape where smaller run-off pipes enter. On your left at this point is the 4ft oval RCP that leads to the stream infall. The first bend in the main hall is populated by mud swallows in the springtime who build their homes upon the many large iron pipes that traverse the drain. As you tread farther, you'll be sure to see more manhole shafts than usual for this short of a system. You'd also be sure to see the laziness of the construction workers who just knocked holes in the walls for gutterbox access, instead of being cool and using small RCPs. Sheesh guys. At the end of the hall is the wedge - how the hall ends. In a wedge. If you look closely, you'll see about thirteen or so metal spikes coming out of the angled wall. If pulled in the right order, this wall will turn and allow you access to the underworld. But you first have to place some kind of offering in the small catacomb. They usually accept Visa or Mastercard, but last time I put a half eaten taco in there. Though I'd recommend that most mortals take the safer left tunnel. Go down this backbreaker, and you'll find the tiny infall room and inlet plate. The inlet plate is a clever way of keeping garbage out of the river below, and perhaps you might even want to call this an external GPT? Overall a decent drain, but probably the best short drain I've ever been into.

Spiders, Mud Swallows and REALLY deep weeds during the summer months at the outfall

- Hall - Grafitti - The wedge (end of the hall) - The water-level plate - Large pipes going through parts of the hall - Abundance of cobwebs and spiderwebs

Very deep weeds in the summer months, oh and there is a notice painted that warns of the "Vamp of Doom".

It looks like the smaller oval RCP existed before the hall, but they may have been built at the same time. Build dates are unknown though - Akron is lazy and he forgot to look for stencils. Oops.

I'd speculate that this drain will remain unchanged for quite awhile, as the area is finished being developed and the drain fits all capacity requirements. Oh, but the real reason is that nobody wants to disturb the hidden entrance into the underworld.
